OUR PRODUCTS
CULTURED MARBLE
Is made through a process that starts with creating a precast mold and then adding poly resin and crushed stone (filler) into it. The mold is customized to size and shape to suit your requirement perfectly. The mixture of resin and filler are pressed together with extremely high pressure forming into a dense, hard and non-porous material. With the protecting gel-coating on the surface the final product will have a glossiness look mimicking polished marble.
SOLID SURFACE
Is made from 33 percent binding resins and 66 percent minerals. Those minerals are a bauxite derivative, aluminium trihydrate (ATH). ATH is a kind of fine, white powder that helps solid surface maintain its smooth consistency. Is a non-porous low-maintenance material used for surfaces such as countertops. It can mimic the appearance of granite, marble, stone, and other naturally occurring materials, seams and joints are inconspicuous and basically could be invisible. Typically manufactured in sheet form for fabrication into any imaginable design. Flatsheet can also be heated and bent into three-dimensional shapes using a process called thermo-forming, which adds to the versatility of the product.
QUARTZ ENGINEERED STONES & NATURAL GRANITE
Quartz Engineered Stone are man-made, formed by combining 90% ground quartz (a natural hard mineral) with 8-10% resins, polymers, and pigments. This forms a very hard granite-like surface.
Granite is a natural stone, quarried from large igneous stone deposits found around the world. It begins as molten magma that flows into other rock structures and cools slowly. The stone is naturally quite rough and textured, but when it is ground and polished during the countertop manufacturing process, it takes on a smooth surface with rich luster.
